Is Telnet Available?

Sorry, it's not. Unlike Unix, Telnet is completely useless on shared Windows domain accounts. If you think about it for just a moment you will also see why. If you sit at your Windows computer and run any program even from the DOS prompt, the Windows desktop opens as the program loads. In order to do anything with the program you must be able to interact with the desktop. On an Windows domain account you don't have desktop access to the Windows server so the program may take off and start running but you would not be able to see what it was doing or asking for.
