Changing Passwords

Windows servers contain 3 main passwords: Mail, FTP, and Windows Authentication.

To change Mail passwords:

IMail:

As the Administrator: Go to the control panel (http://yourdomain/stats) and click on the iMail Administrator icon. Login as the Administrator. Under "User Management", select the User for whom the password should be changed, then click on "Change Password" and type the new password twice.
As a User: Go to your control panel (http://yourdomain/stats) and click on the iMail Administrator icon. You must type your username and current password to login. If the Administrator of your web site has given you permission to change your password, click on "Change Password" and type the new password twice.

Mail Enable:

As the Administrator: Go to your control panel (http://yourdomain/meadmin) and login as the Administrator. Click on Mailboxes/Users. Select the User for whom the password should be changed by clicking on the pencil icon to the right of the User's name. Enter the new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields then click Save.
As a User: Login to webmail (http://yourdomain/mewebmail) using your email address and your current password. Click on Options at the top of the screen once logged in. A smaller window will open where you will be prompted to enter your current password, your new password and a confirmation of your new password. Click Update to save your changes.

To change your FTP and Windows Authentication password:

If you access your control panel using http://yourdomain/stats please click on the Support link from your control panel and select Help Desk to request that your password be changed.
