Configure your E-mail Program

Sample customer:
John Doe | Domain Name - www.mydomain.com | Email Address - johndoe@mydomain.com

Email Software Settings: Sample Customer
POP3 Server (incoming mail): pop.[yourdomainname] pop.mydomain.com
SMTP Server (outgoing mail): pop.[yourdomainname] pop.mydomain.com
Login Name (Account Name): [user]@[yourdomainname] johndoe@mydomain.com
Require Authentication: Selected Selected

Replace [yourdomainname] with your actual domain name.
Replace [user] with the name that appears to the left of the @ sign in your email address.
